About Mitch Max
With decades of experience leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) initiatives across the Financial Services industry, I now work directly with firms as a trusted strategic advisor. I bring executive-level insight, practical implementation know-how, and a deep understanding of what drives enterprise performance.

Most recently, I led a major North American EPM consulting practice, helping leading organizations transform planning processes, improve forecast accuracy, and build confidence in data-driven decision-making. I’m a frequent speaker, author and thought leader in the modernization of finance functions to drive innovation and agility and currently serve as Executive-in-Residence for the Association of Financial Professionals.
My passion is enabling and teaching. Each year, I have the privilege of leading an MBA course in Operations Management Strategy at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, inspiring the next generation of finance leaders.
